Butler and the Board recently opened in Montclair. The takeout shop specializes in Charcuterie - the art of pates, sausages and terrines. All products including cured meats, pickles, preserves, and marinated cheeses are made in-house by NYC-chef alum Jeffrey Butler. In addition to a variety of meat items in the deli case, the menu has recently expanded to include vegetarian/vegan items, Wednesday Night Dinners, and Rotisserie Chickens. Weekend Specials may include Pork Roll Sausages and Porchetta on a Bun. Butler and the Board also makes charcuterie boards with their own house-made charcuterie. Some products may be pre-ordered online, but all products may be purchased in the shop.
