Connect with other new parents and parents to- be while you learn about: Doula services Breastfeeding Newborn care Pregnancy and parenting tips from our teachers and workshop facilitators.  A selection of birth doulas, certified lactation consultants, and birth and postpartum health care experts will be at the event to answer all of your questions. Baby in Tune $8 Trial Class (9-36 months) with Vered Benhorin

In this Trial class you'll gain a toolbox to help you through tough moments with your baby and make the happy ones even sweeter. Developed by award winning musician Vered Benhorin, Baby in Tune combines music therapy and psychology to teach you how to use music to soothe, establish routine, develop fine and gross motor skills, encourage communication and language, do "baby therapy", write a song with your baby, and create your own personal repertoire together. Each class focuses on a different aspect of your baby's developmental phase that will deepen your understanding of how your baby relates to music and rhythm and will expand your language of play together. You can expect to use shakers, balls, scarves, puppets and more. On top of all that, Baby in Tune is a class for YOU - to help you connect with your own parenting experience, find your inner musical voice, and feel like the kick-ass parent that you are.

Please join us for a Trial Class for Postpartum Repair & Restore This class is ideal for moms of any stage postpartum who want to begin the recovery of your core, diastasis recti (abdominal separation from pregnancy) and pelvic floor weakness after pregnancy.

In a format that is a part workout, part workshop-style program, you'll be learning as you're moving. This Class is great for every mom wanting to jump-start their return to exercise safely and to feeling whole again.

1st Time Parent Support Group Trial Class (Free) with Amy Edelstein

Thu Date: Jan 09 2025 From: 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Come try out a free group where 1st time parents join together in a safe space to meet new parents, share stories, experiences and to discuss various topics related to your transition into parenthood. This space offers parents compassionate support in a non-judgemental and nurturing environment. Topics include sleep habits and play, intimacy, family boundaries and emotional wellness. This trial group will be followed by a 6 week cycle.
