 – Ages 2 - 12 months Join us for a special Family Baby Yoga Class (ages 2 -12 months). Stretch, bond, and breathe with your baby in this special yoga class designed for families and infants. Meet other parents and babies while taking part in this class. In these classes, we will not only devote time to doing restorative and strengthening yoga poses but will also incorporate music and massage for families and babies to do together. |
 – This sleep workshop will help you navigate your baby's sleep from 4-12 months of age. Now that your baby is no longer a newborn, their sleep patterns have changed and evolved. This may mean they have more trouble napping or being put down "drowsy but awake." The night wakings may have increased or you may have been told by your pediatrician it is time for night feedings to be reduced. But HOW do you handle all of these changes? This class will walk through all of the elements of newborn sleep, including but not limited to:
