My name is Melyssa Murray and my husband, James "Murr" Murray of Impractical Jokers and I are hosting our annual charity event right here in Montclair, NJ on October 7! Last year Montclair was gracious enough to host us and we are so happy to announce we're coming back with an even BIGGER event!
Some things about us: we love hiking, working out, our puppy Penelope Ann, bad movies, escape rooms, quantum physics (that's all Murr), and relaxing by the fire with an adult beverage. In 2021, I started NO. 95 Candles. I was tired of being on someone else's schedule and felt like it was the perfect time to take a step back and reflect on what I wanted out of life. After months of trial, and error, and perfecting the formula, I can proudly say NO. 95 Candles are the best candles I've ever used.
I really wanted to showcase my new product in a way that wasn't so "commercial" which is where our annual charity event was born. Alzheimer's affects many families around the world and unfortunately, it hit the Murrays from 2013 to April 2023 when they lost their father. Last year we decided we wanted to help not only spread awareness but to make an actual change. This event showcased our fall product line and instead of profiting from it, we sent 100% of proceeds to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer Research Foundation. This organization not only helps families that are struck with this terrible illness, but they are also actively working on a cure and have already made huge advancements!
Murr and I would love to see you on October 7 at 18 Label Studios for our second event with a repeat that 100% of proceeds going to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer Research Foundation. Plan for singing, dancing, drinks, raffle items, huge auction items, AND more! If you can't attend the event in person, virtual tickets are available online and allow you to be part of the live auction. Please consider coming out to support your local community and the Fishers Center.
