The Junior League of Montclair-Newark, Inc. (JLMN) is excited to announce the 2024 Walnut Street Fair presented by BDP Holdings, LLC and Optimum, is set to take place on Sunday, May 5th, from 11 AM-4 PM. This annual fundraiser for the JLMN not only promises a day of family-friendly fun, tasty food, and lively entertainment but is gearing up to be the most remarkable one yet, with a wide range of activities and attractions for all age groups.
The Walnut Street Fair, now in its 8th year, has become one of Montclair’s hottest events to attend.
Key highlights of the 2024 Walnut Street Fair include:
- 200+ Exhibitors: Artisans and crafters from the tri-state area bring their creativity and unique handmade items making it a great opportunity for people to discover one-of-a-kind products.
- Culinary Delights: From savory street food to sweet treats, there will be something to delight every palate. The restaurants along Walnut Street will be offering special menu items with a fun Cinco de Mayo twist. Local food vendors and food trucks will tantalize your taste buds with a diverse selection of mouthwatering dishes and refreshing beverages.
- Live Entertainment: The fair will come alive with two stages featuring live music and dance performances. Local artists, theater groups, and talents will grace the stages, ensuring a day filled with entertainment for all.
- Kids' Zone: Families with children will find an array of exciting activities in the Kids' Zone, featuring engaging exhibits, carnival games, inflatable attractions, face painting, arts & crafts, and more. It's the perfect opportunity for parents and kids to create lasting memories together.
