Founders Kaila Jenkins and Maya Pitts, lifelong friends bonded through their shared love of soccer, started Hawks FC to create more opportunities for young girls to experience the transformative power of sports. Together, they’re building a strong, supportive community around these athletes, fostering collaboration and lasting connections. Hawks FC's long-term vision is to break the pay-to-play barrier, creating an inclusive environment where all girls can play without financial limitations. Within the next 5-7 years, they aim to make the club fully accessible and free, reshaping the future of girls' soccer.
