Since 2005 Amy Owens has been the local go-to for all things real estate, specializing in NJ commuter towns. Formerly a Garment Center Executive and Upper West Side Resident, Amy and her family moved to Glen Ridge in 2002. In the years since she has become an active member and proponent of her community. She is a big supporter of the Glen Ridge public schools, from which her two daughters graduated, and can often be found shopping locally throughout Montclair.
After growing up in Alabama, Amy chased her fashion dreams to NYC, where she became the Production Manager for Donna Karan International. There, she learned how to be a meticulous facilitator and negotiator, which translated well into her thriving career in real estate. A passion for architecture and home decor combined with a gregarious personality, sincerity, and a strong work ethic have propelled her to become one of the top real estate agents in NJ.
Amy is the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Platinum Level Award, the top honor presented to agents based on their production. In her career, she has closed 750+ transactions totaling over $582 million in sales.
Amy is now the team leader of The Amy Owens Team at Keller Williams NJ Metro Group. We are a team of 8, including Buyers' Agents, Staging, and Administrative Staff who service your transaction from contract to closing. Not only does our team work to ensure that our clients receive the utmost care, but our in-house staging service exceeds our client's expectations and maximizes the value of the homes we market. We are highly passionate about building a sense of community for our clients.
"My attention to detail and to motivating all parties makes me successful as a realtor. I enjoy taking care of the extras for my clients, whether it's meeting with a contractor, hiring a cleaning staff, or helping to stage a property for sale." . . says Amy. |
