Join us for Fearless Females! This art making workshop will focus on confidence through creativity and offer girls an opportunity to identify personal strengths, use art as a means of self-expression, and share their ideas about what it takes to be fearless!
All materials will be provided and the activity will run for one hour.
Ages 8-12 are welcome!
This drop off workshop will be facilitated by Samantha Commarato, an Art Therapist in private practice here in Montclair. Although Sam is an art therapist and will be utilizing her background in art to guide successful creative expression, this workshop is not therapeutic in nature.

Ticket costs are $10pp with 100% of proceeds donated to https://thearttherapyproject.org, a nonprofit mental health organization providing free group art therapy to adults and youth affected by trauma (many populations from at-risk youth to LGBTQIA+, trauma survivors, female veterans, DV survivors, sexual assault survivors, and more). Using the art-making process and with support from our art therapists, clients learn how to explore feelings, increase self-awareness, and cope with life's challenges.
